My name is Melanie and I used to deal with pelvic pain, leaking

and recurring Cystitis myself, especially during a stressful job

Kegels didn't help me


So I searched for a gentler, more effecive approach, and when it worked, it changed everything

No, not at all. The lessons are simple and gentle, slow and I guide you through, encouraging you to do less than you think you can.

Does it really cost nothing?

This 5 day course is completely without cost. This is my way of spreading knowledge and giving more women their first step towards a calmer mind and body, to be more relaxed and pain free.
